Commission FAQ
Q: How do I contact you about a commission?
A: The most direct way to ask is through Twitter Direct Messages via @BunchaBears. You can also use the Contact page, or email me at bunchabears@gmail.com. However, I do not receive real-time notifications, so I may not see your message immediately.

Q: What kind of commissions do you take?
A: My services include illustrations, character reference sheets, icons/emojis/profile pictures, stream overlays, video cards, and on occasion animated GIFs.

Q: Do you require references for commissions?
A: Always. If you are unable to give image references, even a text description/reference is better than nothing. The responsibility lies on the client to provide references. Even a stick figure drawing pose is bounds better than "I'll leave it up to you"!

Q: Can I sell reprints of my finished commission?
A: Unless a contract is otherwise established and agreed upon, you do not have permission to distribute your commission for commercial use. Personal usage is okay.

Q: Can I use another payment method instead of PayPal?
A: If required, I may create a personalised listing on my store; however, I would prefer to use PayPal for archival purposes and simplicity.

Q: May I leave a tip in payment?
A: I will leave the tip section open in your invoice, so if you feel like it, feel free to tip!
